Sarmentine

Sarmentine is issued from vines planted on the plateau of Monbadon, which terroir is very similar to its famous neighbour Saint-Emilion appellation. In the vineyard, the organic process started few years ago. This richness favors the assimilation of mineral elements, essential aromatic precursors. On this type of terroir the organic process enhance the purity character and gives the wine softness and complexity.

Château Manoir du Gravoux

The Manoir is an old medieval château located on the top of a dale. The combination of our rigorous work in the vineyard and ideal natural conditions (clay-limestones, south exposed slopes, natural draining), enable the grapes to reach perfect maturity. The berries are picked according to each parcel’s stage of maturation and a highly precise vinification can then be undertaken. Our work in the winery is based on accurate extractions, in order to obtain a very fine wine, with a great fruit character and elegant tannins.

La Violette du Manoir

All the vines grown for “La Violette” of Château Manoir du Gravoux are planted on a clay-limestone plateau which is on ideal location, thus offering favourable wine growing conditions and producing fleshy, fruity wines, with great character.
Among the vines of this plateau, 2 hectares were planted in 1958 and, being remarkably well-exposed, they produce naturally grapes with a complex and intense aromatic expression.

Château Peyroutas

The vineyard of Château Peyroutas stretches over a pebbly and sandy area within the Saint-Emilion Grand Cru appellation and benefits from optimal sunshine.
Every parcel is looked after so as to allow the grapes to express the soil’s true character. Rigorously selected beforehand, the berries can then undertake an accurate vinification, with balance as an essential aim. Maturation in barrel provides extra hints of complexity. Since 2012 vintage, this property makes a wine produced with grapes from organic farms.

L’Etoile

L’Etoile comes from a selection of blocks situated in the center of Lalande de Pomerol appellation. This vineyard is precisely followed at each key points of production. Experience gained on prestigious terroirs, establishment of a respecful winemaking and ageing added to the motivation of a dynamic winemaker allow us to make great quality wines. Every effort of selection made has to be noticed in the glass.

Les Fillottes

Les Fillottes is  coming from a selection of parcels located on the western side of the Pomerol. From the work of soil, green harvest, wine making to the blending of grape, the vineyard precisely follows each stage of production. The precious experience gained from the prestigious terroir, the careful vinification and aging with the combination of the motivative dynamic winegrower allow us to produce a wine of high quality.
